Supplied complete with correct screws and nuts. These are designed for 1 1/8" diameter tubes but they could probably be used on 1" diameter top tubes too by nipping up really tight, and maybe with a little padding too.
Please note that these are supplied as a "handed pair", so both will say "CYCLO" and "British Made" the right way up at the top and the bottom! Un-handed pairs would say those words the wrong way up on one of them!!!
